Life Coils

I created this piece in a whirlwind of emotion and frustration at feeling stuck. When I stepped back and looked at the finished piece it told me, "You are not stuck, just gathering forces. Rest." I could see how it was full of life coils ready to spring forth.

This artwork is a prime example of what happens when creativity and intuition are in flow. Layers upon layers of colors and shapes brought this piece into being. An ancient Fish King reigns over an otherworldly kingdom in the depths of the ocean or perhaps in the heavens?
